Visit Our Birth SuitesAs you've probably read by now, Community Birth & Family Center is under construction and we do not yet have a completion date. When we reopen our doors we'll feature three beautiful birth suites offering luxury, comfort and safety. Each suite will include a private bathroom with shower, a large tub,
a queen-sized bed, fresh towels and linens, a stereo to play your own music, room for guests and lots of candles. We also provide innovative aids for comfort and labor progress.
The Center has a birth sling, birth stool, squatting bar, birth ball, and hot and cold packs, all of which assist you in managing the pain of labor and help you to use effective positions and
movements to improve labor progress. We ensure the highest standard of care for you and your baby. Our birth suites are fully equipped with all the safety and emergency equipment
required by the Washington State Department of Health and the National Association of Childbearing Centers. For fresh air or a good walk during labor, the Center is located only a few blocks from the Arboretum. These are photos of the two suites we offered in our old building: Suite One
